Most user settings are set in the DaletPlus Admin tool (RemoteAdmin.exe), where it is also possible to set these for the default user, so that these settings are copied to all users created later. But a few settings can't be set here. This includes default chat sounds and the "Allow Multiple Login" setting, default story font etc.

How to set "Allow Multiple Logins" for the default user (Galaxy and Radio Suite)

If you want to allow all your users to log in multiple times, you can set this in RemoteAdmin. But RemoteAdmin only lets you do this for your current users. If you create new users, then you have to set this manually after creating them. This is often forgotten or perhaps your station uses the AD integration, so that the users are not created in RemoteAdmin at all. Then it would be good that this was set by default.
For some reason, it is not possible to do this in RemoteAdmin, but actually the setting will be copied to the newly created users, just like any other setting from the default user. So the only think missing is how to get this setting into the database.

How to change the JobMonitor configuration for all users (Galaxy only)

When opening the JobMonitor the first time, the selection of which fields you see may not be very good for your site, and changing it for all users will take a very long time.
With this script you can set the selection you want for one user, and when you are happy with that, the script will copy the configuration to all existing users and the default user, so that new users will also get the configuration. Or you can choose only to apply this configuration for default user, so that existing users won't have their configuration changed. In that case, don't run step 4.
Be aware that this script should be run only one step at a time, and where you modify it along the way.

How to change chat sounds for default user (Radio Suite only)

When creating new users, they get chat sounds by default, and then it will be up to them selves to change it. Many users will, but many don't, which will annoy everybody else.
I have found that a more reasonable default setting is a chat sound for Personal messages, and then no chat sound for all other types of messages.
In order to do that, we first have to change the chat sounds setting to "Custom sounds", and then we have to set all the sounds to "nothing", except for the Personal sound. And we have to do this for the default user. So only new users will be affected by this.

How to change the default story font default user (only tested on Radio Suite)

When creating new users, they get a default font in stories. Although such a setting is not applied if you use story templates (because a story template comes with a font defined for the template), there is still the "standard story", which you get with CTRL+N (if you didn't change the hotkeys).
The font in this story is set by from the default story font, so it is the user that creates the story that actually gets to decide the font. And if you don't like what Dalet has chosen, you either have to changed it manually every time you create a user - or use this script.
